Prep is roughly 60% of a real paint job. The honest answer here is what determines whether your estimate is accurate.

Timeline

When you’d like the work done. Exact dates are confirmed only after deposit and calendar review.

Photos

A few clear photos are the single biggest accuracy boost on the quote. Natural daylight, straight-on, full wall in frame.

Up to 10 photos. JPG or PNG. Each photo under 8 MB. Click the × on any photo to remove just that one — new selections add to your list instead of replacing it.

Anything else

Pets, sensitivities, access notes, specific colors in mind, anything Lee should know.

What happens next

  1. Lee personally reviews every submission — usually within 24 to 48 hours.
  2. Most projects can be quoted directly from your submission. If yours can, a written proposal arrives in your inbox with scope, products, timeline, and a firm number.
  3. If your project needs a walk-through to finalize (older home, complex repairs, lead-paint risk, larger scopes), Lee reaches out to schedule a visit before quoting.
  4. When you’re ready to approve, the proposal email has buttons to select a payment method and submit your deposit.

Scheduling note: Scheduling is confirmed only after deposit and calendar review. Materials are paid upfront with a 30% deposit on labor to secure your spot on the calendar; the remaining balance is due at completion. Larger projects use a custom progress payment plan Lee builds personally.
